🥵 (1) try to feel that you have fused with and expanded everywhere throughout heating ☁️ space or ☀️ sunlight wherever that element is present in nature and you are feeling whatever it is feeling by touching the objects of nature when your left cool moon nostril is breathing deeper.

🥶 (2) try to feel that you have fused with and expanded everywhere throughout chilling 💨 wind, 🌊 water, or ⛰️ earth wherever that element is present in nature and you are feeling whatever it is feeling by touching the objects of nature when your right warm sun nostril is breathing deeper.

↔️ (3) the tricky thing is that your deeper breathing may switch and oscillate between your left moon nostril and right sun nostril frequently when you try to balance the moon and sun energies for total rejuvenation. however, through this practice of laya yoga, you will be able to gradually sense as soon as that switch is occuring. for example, when your absorption in heating space or chilling wind becomes less clear and needs more mental effort, you will know that your deeper nostril has switched to the right or left one respectively.

🔄 (4) at that time, do not forget to switch to the respective heating or chilling element of nature you are fusing and expanding with in your mind from (1) or (2). in that way, you will remain in profound mental and physical balance and transformation through laya yoga 24/7.
